Horse Boarding
Full board: 900$ a month
Training Board:
1 ride a week: $980 a month
2 rides a week: $1,060 a month
3 rides a week: $1,340 a month
4 rides a week: $1,520 a month
5 rides a week: $1,700 a month
6 rides a week: $1,880 a month
Additional Services for Boarders:
***Owners are expected to have a medical emergency bag for their horse. This bag should include banamine, bute, thermometer, standing wraps, pillow wraps, betadine, gauze, vet wrap, neosporine, and scissors. If the medical emergency bag does not contain an item that the horse needs in an emergency situation and the barn owner must provide the item, the owner will be billed.***
- 14' x 14' box stall with stone dust base and wall to wall rubber mats
- fresh shavings as needed
- clean water access 24/7
- customized feed schedule that is reviewed by our farm's nutritionist twice yearly
- Sentinel brand of grain provided
- owner provided supplements given to horses at no extra charge
- hay provided 2-3 times a day
- group or individual turnout as much as weather permits
- blanket changing up to twice a day
- access to miles of trails in the woods and fields, use of outdoor riding ring, use of round pen, and use of 75 x 120 brand new indoor riding arena with a stone dust base
Training Board:

- customized training and exercise schedule
- weekly professional rides

Additional Services for Boarders:
- Training session: 50$ per session. Includes everything from groundwork/lunging to cross country schooling and flat work under saddle
- Seasonal De-worming: 20$
- Bathing: 50$
- Stall Rest: 100$
- Soaking Hay/Grain: 60$ a month
- Holding for Vet/Farrier: 20$ This fee only applies to those who do not use the farm's vet and farrier.
- Grooming: 30$
- Tack cleaning: 20$ per bridle/saddle
- Medical treatment: 10$ per treatment. Includes everything from cold hosing to bandaging to medication administration
- Braiding: 40$ per mane/tail
- Mane pulling: 10$
- Body clipping: 80$ Full body. 40$ trace clip
- Assisting in going to see/showing horses for sale: $75
